Home Reports

Home Reports are now an integral part of the house selling process. At Premier we can take all the hassle out of organising your Home Report.
With various payment options too, we can arrange for your Home Report to be carried out swiftly and accurately. We can make your Home Report available in paper format or via internet and email.

We will also keep you regularly updated on anyone who has viewed your Home Report. Home reports consist of 3 things:

  1. Single Survey
  2. Energy Performance Certificate
  3. Property Questionnaire

Parts 1 & 2 are created by the Surveyor. Part 3 is completed by you. If you need any assistance in completing your property questionnaire, you can arrange an appointment in our branch and we will give you all the help that you need from start to finish.
